Promotion Terms and Conditions

1) Eligibility and scope

Valid on portolapaints.com and at participating Portola Paints company-owned locations. Authorized dealers are excluded.
Trade accounts are eligible. Trade pricing or discounts cannot be combined with promotional discounts, credits, or gifts. One discount or benefit per order.
Offers are while supplies last. No rainchecks.
All times are Pacific Time. Offers are void where prohibited.

Spend thresholds are based on merchandise subtotal after product-level discounts and before tax, shipping, and fees.
Gift cards do not receive discounts and do not count toward spend thresholds.
Promotions do not stack. Exactly one of the following may apply per order: Trade discount/pricing or a promotional discount/credit/gift.

Fan Decks and Chip Sets are excluded from discounts and from counting toward spend thresholds unless noted.
Gift cards are excluded from discounts.

“Gift” refers to a no-charge item added when a qualifying threshold is met. Limit one gift per order unless a promotion clearly states otherwise.
If a qualifying order is returned or refunded below the threshold and the gift is not returned in new, resalable condition, Portola may deduct the gift’s stated value from any refund.
Gifts are limited and may vary by location. If a gift is out of stock, Portola may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value or cancel the gift at its discretion.

Promotional credits (if offered) are single-use, have no cash value, and are not valid on gift cards, shipping, or taxes. Unless stated, credits are redeemable online and at participating Portola POS locations. Expiry dates are enforced.
Paid gift cards do not expire and have no service fees, subject to applicable law.
Credits and gift cards are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

Holiday delivery timelines are estimates based on carrier cutoffs and operational capacity. Weather and carrier delays may affect delivery.

No price adjustments on prior purchases.
If a return or exchange reduces the merchandise subtotal below a promotion threshold, Portola may revoke any unused promotional credit and/or charge the value of any retained gift.
For bundles or sets, all items may need to be returned together to receive a full refund.

Portola may refuse, revoke, or cancel any order or promotion due to suspected fraud, abuse, system error, or violation of these terms.
Portola may modify or cancel promotions at any time. Obvious pricing or typographical errors are not binding.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Discounts: Finishes (Roman Clay, Lime Wash, Primers & Sealers) 10% off. Tools, Sample Jars, & Accessories 15% off. Fan Decks and Chip Sets are excluded.
Gifts & rewards (with qualifying Finish):
$150-$299: One free application tool — Roman Clay: Large Plastic Knife Set; Lime Wash: 5" Linzer Brush. While supplies last; substitutions may occur.
$300+: $25 digital gift card (issued via email/SMS within 24–48 hours). Usable on any products, redeemable online and at participating Portola POS, no expiration, not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
Benefit hierarchy & stacking: One discount or benefit per order. The $300 gift card replaces the $150 gift when both thresholds are met. Trade pricing or discounts cannot be combined with promotional discounts, gifts, or rewards.
